23-year-old man hospitalized after dispute leads to stabbing in Caldwell

CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — Caldwell Police Officers responded to a report of a welfare check Wednesday at 5:15 p.m., in the 500 block of N. 6th Ave., after a man called police and said someone was wounded and they were taking the person to the hospital.

Moments later, a 23-year-old man arrived at the hospital with a stab wound.

25-year-old Westen Bowen drove the victim to the hospital and is suspected of stabbing the victim after an argument. The suspect and victim are related.

Bowen has been charged with aggravated assault.
